Who ships it, what it costs, how to read the tracking and what to do when a parcel misbehaves.
What happens after you pay
Your order goes to the seller’s fulfilment warehouse, not to this site. It is picked, packed and handed to a carrier, and a dispatch email with a tracking number follows. Everything after the payment screen is between you, the seller and the carrier.
What shipping costs
Free inside the United States on the three and six bottle orders. Standard shipping on the two bottle order, quoted at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Reading a tracking page
A tracking number appears in the carrier system before the parcel physically does, so a number that returns nothing for a day is normal rather than alarming. Scans happen at handover points, and a parcel crossing the country quietly between two of them looks stuck when it is simply in a lorry.

Check the tracking first
Most of what people report as a missing parcel is a parcel between scans. Look before you write; it saves you a day.
Look around the property
Carriers leave parcels in porches, behind gates and with neighbours, and the card that says so gets blown away more often than anyone admits.
Write to the seller with the tracking number
Order number, tracking number, delivery address as it appeared on the confirmation. Three pieces of information solve most cases in one reply.
Photograph damage before unpacking
The outer box, the label and the damage, then the contents. A claim without a photograph of the box is a much slower claim.
Keep it in writing
Email leaves a thread with dates on it. If the matter ever needs escalating to a card issuer, that thread is the evidence.
Delivery questions
How long does it take?
Inside the United States, expect a few business days to pack and dispatch and then normal domestic transit on top. The tracking number in your dispatch email is the honest answer once it exists.
Is shipping free?
Inside the United States it is free on the three and six bottle orders. The two bottle order carries standard shipping, charged at checkout.
Do you ship outside the United States?
That is the seller's decision and its checkout is where it is answered. If a destination is not offered at payment, it is not served. International orders that are accepted may attract customs charges on arrival, which are yours.
My tracking has not moved for two days.
Common, and usually nothing. Parcels often sit between scans, particularly over a weekend. If nothing has changed after several business days, contact the seller with the tracking number.
The box arrived damaged.
Photograph it before you unpack anything, including the label and the damage, then write to the seller the same day. Photographs taken after unpacking are much harder to act on.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Only before dispatch, and only the seller can do it. Write immediately; once a parcel has a tracking number it is in the carrier's hands.
Delivery is the seller’s
This site publishes the terms and points you at the right people. The parcel, the carrier and the warehouse are all theirs.
Checkout, payment and delivery are the seller’s. Sixty days from the date of purchase to ask for your money back, empty bottles included.
