Is malate an active or a carrier?
Both arguments are made. It is a real metabolic intermediate, so it is not inert the way a filler is, but at the amounts in a capsule this size it is more reasonable to treat it as the other half of a salt than as an active in its own right.
Why not use one citrulline form at 200 mg?
