Support
Two different inboxes, and knowing which is which will save you a day.
About an order
Payment, dispatch, tracking, address changes, refunds and anything with an order number attached: all of it belongs with the seller. Use the contact details on your order confirmation email, because that address reaches the team that can actually see your order.
Have your order number, the email you paid with and the tracking number to hand. Those three things answer most first questions before they are asked.
We cannot see your order, your payment or your address.
About this site
A figure that looks wrong, a sentence that reads as a claim it should not, a broken link, a page that behaves strangely on your phone, or a question about how we wrote something. That is ours and we want to hear it.

What we cannot do
We cannot cancel an order, refund a payment, redirect a parcel, look up a tracking number or tell you whether this supplement is appropriate for you. The first five are the seller’s; the last one is your physician’s.
What we can do
Point you at the right page, explain how we arrived at a figure, correct something we got wrong, and say plainly when the honest answer is that we do not know.
Response times
Corrections are usually handled within a working day. Questions about the writing take longer because they usually deserve a longer answer. Anything with an order number will be redirected to the seller, which is why it is worth writing to them first.
The checkout is the seller’s
Every button here hands you over to them, and everything after that point runs through their support rather than ours.
Checkout, payment and delivery are the seller’s. Sixty days from the date of purchase to ask for your money back, empty bottles included.
