Refund policy
Sixty days from the date of purchase, empty bottles accepted, return postage at your own cost. Those are the terms in one sentence; here they are in full.
The terms, step by step
- You have sixty days, counted from the date on your order confirmation.
- Write to the seller using the contact details on that confirmation and say you want to return the order. Do this inside the window even if the parcel will go back a few days later.
- Send back the bottles you received. Full, part used or empty, all of them are accepted.
- Pay for the postage and keep proof of it. A tracked service is worth the extra because a parcel that cannot be shown to have arrived is a difficult conversation.
- The purchase price is credited once the return is received.
What the window is actually for
Sixty days is two bottles. It is long enough to take a capsule every morning for two full months and form a view, which is roughly the shortest honest test of anything in this category.
It is also why the six bottle order needs a moment of thought. A hundred and eighty days of capsules, sixty days to decide: the decision arrives about a third of the way through the supply.

Refund questions
When does the sixty days start?
On the date of purchase, which is the date on your order confirmation. Not the date the parcel arrived and not the date you opened it.
Do I have to send bottles back?
Yes, including the empty ones. The seller asks for the bottles returned, full, part used or finished, and empties are explicitly accepted.
Who pays the return postage?
You do. The purchase price comes back; the cost of putting the parcel in the post does not.
Is shipping refunded?
Any shipping you paid at checkout is generally not returned. On the three and six bottle orders shipping was free, so the question only arises on the two bottle order.
How long does the money take?
Once the return reaches the warehouse, expect the credit within a few business days and then whatever your own bank adds on top. Card refunds commonly take a further three to five days to appear on a statement.
What if my parcel never arrived?
That is a delivery problem rather than a refund one. Start with the tracking number on your confirmation and then contact the seller; the delivery page explains the order of operations.
This site does not hold your money
Payment, dispatch and refunds all happen at the seller’s checkout. We publish the terms and we will help you find the right address, but the account your money went into is not ours and we cannot credit it back.
