The formula
Seven declared entries, seven printed amounts, and a page for each one saying what it is and what it is doing here.
All seven, with their figures
Every name here links through to its own page.

The seven entries

L-Arginine
The largest entry on the panel, shared with the AKG form.
Read the entry
L-Arginine AKG
Arginine joined to alpha-ketoglutarate, two parts to one.
Read the entry
L-Citrulline HCL
Citrulline in a stable salt form.
Read the entry
L-Citrulline Malate
The same amino acid tied to malic acid, the sharp taste in a green apple.
Read the entry
Beta Alanine
The smallest figure on the label, and the building block your body uses to make carnosine, which is stored mainly in muscle..
Read the entry
Niacin
Vitamin B3, and the one entry on this panel with a percentage worth talking about.
Read the entry
Calcium
Eighteen milligrams, declared with its percentage like everything else here.
Read the entryWhy the split matters
Four of the seven rows are arginine or citrulline. Six hundred of the six hundred and sixty-five milligrams point at one process. A label that pooled all of it into a “Cognitive Support Blend, 640 mg” would look almost identical on the shelf and would tell you nothing at all.
That is the whole argument for reading panels. The blend is where the information goes to die, and this carton does not use one.

About the formula
Why does each ingredient get its own page?
Because each one has its own printed amount. On a label with a proprietary blend there would be nothing to write: you would know the names and one combined weight. Here every figure stands alone, so every entry can be examined alone.
What do the seven add up to?
Six hundred and sixty-five and a half milligrams of declared material per capsule. Six hundred of that is arginine and citrulline in four forms.
Are the pages ranked in order of importance?
They are in the order the panel prints them, which puts the two nutrients with daily values first and the amino acids after. That is a labelling convention, not a judgement about which matters most.
Is anything in the formula left off the panel?
Three other ingredients are declared beneath it: hypromellose for the capsule shell, vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide. None is an active and all three are named on the carton.
